- If the client wishes to pay the deposit of the renovation project with a China Construction Bank (Asia) credit card to earn reward points, there will not be any specific limit for the total contract amount signed by the client, and the first installment of the project cost (i.e. the project deposit) will be agreed upon by the client and the project contractor. The credit limit accepted by CoDeco is HK$60,000 or equals to the available credit limit of the credit card (whichever is less) regardless of the amount.If the first installment of the project costs is above HK$60,000, the balance will be repaid by cash, cheque or bank transfer. All payment arrangement will be subject to the content of the project contract.
- If the client wishes to pay the renovation project costs in installments with the China Construction Bank (Asia) credit card, there will not be any specific limit on the total contract amount, but the client will have to pay the project costs in full, and the successful payment will be subject to the client’s credit limit. - The client can pay the project deposit with a China Construction Bank (Asia) credit card to earn reward points, and can repay the project balance by installments with the credit card.

The installment plan of the China Construction Bank (Asia) credit card for renovation projects - terms and conditions:
- The promotion period runs from now until 31 Jan 2022 (the "Promotion Period").
- ELIGIBILITY – This program is only available for principal and supplementary Cardmembers (“Cardmember(s)”) of credit cards (except Business Card) (“Eligible Cards”) issued by China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited.
- The Annualized Percentage Rate (“APR”) is 3.36% is calculated based on the monthly flat rate of 0.15% with the repayment tenor of 12 months; APR of 3.47% for the repayment tenor of 24 months is calculated based on the monthly flat rate of 0.15%; APR of 3.50% for the repayment tenor of 36 months is calculated based on the monthly flat rate of 0.15%. The APR is calculated using method specified in relevant guidelines issued by The Hong Kong Association of Banks, and is rounded to the nearest two decimal places. An APR is a reference rate which includes the base interest rates and other applicable fees and charges of the bank’s product expressed as an annualized rate.For details, please contact the staff of the bank. The decision for the bank to determine the interest rate and the final approval results shall be final and conclusive.

- The CoCoMall renovation material cash coupon can only be used on CoCoMall.HK. The client can enter the coupon code to redeem the purchase amount after choosing his/her products. The cash coupon can only be used for once and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the amount of the cash coupon is greater than the client’s consumption amount, the difference will not be refunded.
- The CoCoMall renovation material cash coupon will be given to the client as soon as the client has made a credit card payment for the project.
- The coupon code of the CoCoMall renovation material cash coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other CoCoMall discount codes or other CoCoMall coupon codes.
